Well, my baby is now nine.
We had a frog theme this year. I put a bunch of his frogs on the table with a note from them (and us!)... hoppy birthday!
I made frog cupcakes (I saw the idea on-line) and they were adorable!!!! We had a pizza party with Ben's friends and the boys at the party would eat one eye and make a cyclops frog. Totally cracked me up.

Hard to believe my baby is now nine. Some things about him at nine....
He loves Legos and builds amazing things with his own creativity.
He loves frogs. We will be setting up his habitat and ordering his tree frogs this week.
He is not much of a reader, so I am pleasantly surprised that he has been reading the second Harry Potter book and is about 1/3 of the way through it.
He prefers brussels sprouts to green beans.
His favorite Nintendo DS game is Lego Harry Potter.
He is a Phillies fan.
He can do the moonwalk.
He is learning the times tables.
He is growing like a weed! His feet are almost as big as mine!
He has the darkest brown eyes - you almost can't see his pupils - and the cutest freckle face I have ever seen.
