•Summer can be okay when it's a beautiful day like today (I'm not much of a summer person - I prefer spring and fall).
•Dinner tastes so much better when you eat it outside at the picnic table.
•I love the smell of fresh cut grass and I'm thankful that I'm not allergic to outside pollens.
•Ben is so goofy (this actually crosses my mind almost every day). He named his belly button Charlie.
•I'm thankful for modern conveniences and that I take them for granted (our septic pump bit the dust and we had to have an "emergency" pumping this afternoon and a guy is (hopefully) coming on Monday to install a new septic pump.
•The sound of dirt bikes reminds me of when me and Doug and the neighbor boys would ride them through the field behind my parents house when we were teenagers.
•I like having horses as neighbors.
•I'm not the only mom who has to deal with kids that fight and cry (I noticed this at the grocery store and said a silent 'thank you' that mine were home with their dad).
•It's a shame I'm not a concert-goer because Bon Jovi and Nickelback are coming to Philly in a few weeks.
•It's time to get up already?
•I need a bigger shopping cart.
•I still like to swing on the swings.
•I have so much cleaning to do around here I don't know where to begin.
•I'm thankful for my good health and that of my husband and children.
•Both of my kids have black and blues from their knees to their ankles.
•I always sign my name or end my post with a smiley face. :-)
